Manon Burbidge, WCA's Policy and Communications Coordinator, has been interviewed by edie.net in an International Women's Day special SustyTalk. They discuss WCA's new Gender Focus Network, the issues surrounding gender diversity in the industry, the barriers that prevent women entering cement and how they can be overcome.
